How do I book a trailer?+
Pick your trailer or equipment, then click through to our secure Patriot Hauls listing to choose your dates and book online. Rentals are contactless: upload your info, receive the pickup address and lockbox code, hook up, and go.
What do I need to rent?+
A valid driver's license and proof of insurance on your tow vehicle. You'll also need a credit card on file for the refundable deposit and a tow vehicle in good working condition, rated for the trailer you reserve.
What's included with each trailer?+
Every trailer goes out fully equipped and pre-inspected, with a winch, straps, tool bag, spare and more, so you're ready the moment you hook up.
Where do I pick up and drop off?+
Pickup is local in Palmer, AK, serving the Mat-Su Valley and the greater Anchorage area. Your exact pickup location is confirmed with your booking.
Do you offer same-day rentals or drop-off and pickup?+
Yes. We offer same-day rentals, and drop-off or pickup is available depending on availability and destination. Call (509) 213-0939 and we'll do our best to make it work.
What happens if I damage a rental?+
Let us know promptly. Depending on the nature and extent of the damage, you may be responsible for repair or replacement costs; please review the rental agreement for details. Prompt communication helps us keep every unit safe and ready.
